He graduated from the Faculty of Law as the head of his class, continuing his training at the National Institute of Magistracy, which he also completed as the head of his class. He is a doctor of law, obtaining the highest qualification - summa cum laude.

In the same year, he passed both the entrance exam to the National Institute of Magistracy and the Bar admission exam, continuing his professional training at the National Institute of Magistracy, which he graduated in 2018, also as head of his class.
Legal training was completed by graduating from the "Judicial Career" master's program at the Faculty of Law of "Nicolae Titulescu" University, class of 2019.
Subsequently, he obtained the title of Doctor of Law at the Doctoral School of the Faculty of Law, University of Craiova, specialization "Human Rights", with the distinction summa cum laudae (excellent). The doctoral thesis, entitled "The Presumption of Innocence as a Fundamental Right", was developed under the coordination of Prof. univ. dr.
